Policies

❖ Custom orders are always accepted. – email me a design or advise your idea and we can work from there.

❖ Custom orders cannot be changed once started.

❖ Due to the nature of hand made custom items no two products will be the same. Each piece will have variations.

Refunds.
❖ We do NOT offer refunds at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO CANCELLATIONS.

❖ Customers have 48 hours from time of receiving your order, to report any damage via manufacturing flaw, or shipping induced damage.

❖❖PLEASE NOTE❖❖ Ordering the incorrect size or color is not a refundable event.

Shipping

❖Fetch Vinyl will not be held responsible for damaged or missing orders.

❖If your shipment comes in broken/damaged, you have 48 hours from time of receiving the package to message me with images of the damage for a replacement. Refunds will not be offered unless I am unable to replace it, then at that time, I will issue a refund.

❖ Any lost or stolen items from USPS will NOT be held accountable on Fetch Vinyl!

❖If you approve no shipping and want to pick up, you have 5 business days to pick up unless agreed upon a date/time specifically, otherwise, I will have to discard, and a refund will not be issued.
